Alona Pulde and Matthew Lederman and Registered Dietician Jeff Novick.  It offers in-depth, comprehensive education and support to help members in making positive lifestyle changes or maintaining their current healthy lifestyle.  When you join the Wellness Club, enjoy perks such as discounts , unlimited fitness and yoga to cooking an nutrition classes plus MORE!
